One of my favorite things to do is read down music for composers who may not always have live musicians on call, and my favorite place to find them is the r/composer forum on Reddit. So when I bought my bass flute (a thoroughly underrated instrument) I took to Reddit and asked folks to write some stuff and send it over.

UK-based Tony Wilkes was one such composer, and at the start of 2023 he asked me to record a revised version of the work I had previously read in the Fall, along with four other pieces he had written for other instruments. Check it out below!
